Cap-Brûlé New Wastewater Treatment Facility

Designed as a modern version of the recognizable ‘factory’ section and elevation, this waste water treatment facility used profile to increase its natural daylighting factor and therefore reduce the dependance on interior lighting and power. In addition, the deviation from a relentless flat roof provides visual interest for the uphill community and an infrastructure landmark for the areas mission of cleaning the bay.
