OM

OM is a  renovation and addition on the Kennebecasis River in Quispamsis, New Brunswick. The project aims to orient the house and addition to intertwine the program with the cycle of the sun.  Allowing the residents to open their space up to and salute the sun in their yoga practice space, and then to open up to dramatic views of the river. The form of the building takes its shape from the play between these figurative sun salutation moments.
