Grand Falls Fire Station
The new Grand Falls Fire station design is an exercise in taking the iconic components of an archetypal civic building and celebrating them through focused formal and material expressions. The result is a prominent community building that is both immediately familiar – yet contemporary and playful.
Task
To design a functional and efficient new fire station to replace the town's aging infrastructure and at the same time, create a civic landmark for the growing community.
