The former Centenary-Queen Square Church, now known locally as Gothic Arches, is undergoing early stage design for an Adaptive Re-Use project by Ethos Development Group and the Acre.
Sitting at the highest point of Saint John’s urban central peninsula, the historic structure is planned to house modern residential condos in this character-rich interior. The former church structure will be paired with a contrasting terraced condo tower reflecting back the heritage features of the church while providing multiple terraces and balconies towards the 360 view of Saint John’s surrounding area and ocean.
