300 Germain

Currently on our ‘drawing boards’, 300 Germain is Acre’s first foray into high density housing in Saint John.  And what better street in which to design a project that we hope will capture the creative energy of the local community than the beautiful Germain Street?
In tribute to the local industry that originally shaped Saint John, the initial spirit of the project is in part nod to the past with materials of brick & metal, but also tries to embrace the future in its form, composition and detailing.
