The Welllington
Designed to international Passive House energy efficiency standards, the Wellington will be one of the most sustainable projects built in Eastern Canada. Located at the historic intersection of Union & Wellington streets, this 6 story Mass Timber project is a mix of affordable and market rate units intended to showcase how great design and affordability are not mutually exclusive.
Task
To combine high standards in efficiency with design, while keeping the client mandate of serving affordable housing.
