As the local food movement grows, the Tinkers orchard which grows McIntosh, Courland, Jersey Mac, Delicious, Northern Spy, Paula Red, Spartan, Vesta Bella, Empire, Yellow Transparent, Gloster, Close, Idred, Oberle, Jonagold, Melrose, Honey Crisp, Ginger Gold, Dudley, Melba and some pears, one cherry and a plum tree.
A small cider house & shed design is set as the new HQ for this New Brunswick apple orchard. The main cider house frames the two breathtaking views, to one side the lush Orchard and the Saint John River to the West.
